Anti-Corruption Policy


The purpose of this Policy is to set out the ADDENDUM (ADDENDUM GROUP) main anti – corruption principles and requirements along with guidelines for their implementation, thereby creating the context and conditions for compliance with the highest standards of business transparency throughout the ADDENDUM.

This Policy Applies to Everyone at Addendum Solutions, UAB

This policy applies to all ADDENDUM Employees, wherever located. All ADDENDUM Employees are responsible for compliance with this policy in their conduct on behalf of the Company. ADDENDUM management is responsible for ensuring that employees under their supervision and authority comply with this policy.


ADDENDUM rejects all forms of corruption and will apply a zero-tolerance approach in respect to any breach of this policy.

To prevent corruption, ADDENDUM will perform all its operations in accordance with the applicable laws in all areas of activity and in all the countries in which we operate, respecting their spirit and purpose. Accordingly, ADDENDUM will:

  • Not exert any influence on the will or objectiveness of persons in order to obtain a benefit or rewards through practices that are unethical or contrary to applicable laws.

  • Not give, promise or offer, directly or indirectly, anything of value (cash or cash equivalents, gifts, loans, rewards, advantages, or benefits of any kind) to any person or entity in order to obtain undue benefits for the ADDENDUM.

  • Employees may not, directly or indirectly, accept entertainment which may have an influence or could be understood as having an influence on the Employee’s business decisions. Hospitality, including meals and entertainment, may be accepted if there are clear business reasons for the Company to participate in such events and such hospitality is normal and usually acceptable, is not of excessive value, and is provided and received with no explicit or implicit commitment of any kind by the recipient of the hospitality to the provider. Travel, accommodation, and other expenses incurred by Employees in relation to such hospitality have to be paid for by the ADDENDUM company.

  • Not allow any facilitating payment.

  • Not finance or support directly or indirectly any political party or its representatives or candidates.

  • Not request or unduly receive, directly or indirectly, commissions, payments or rewards from third parties as a result of investments, divestments, financing or expenditure made by the ADDENDUM.

  • Accurately record all financial transactions in the ADDENDUM’s books and records.

  • Employees who interact with Foreign Public Officials or operate in Foreign States must abide by principles of zero tolerance for corruption and the provisions set out in the Policy, regardless of whether or not acts of a corrupt nature are punishable in the Foreign State.

The Company seeks to ensure reliable partnership with suppliers, contractors, and other business partners. In its relationships with them, the ADDENDUM abides by the principles of transparency and honest ethical behavior. All existing and potential partners of the Addendum may acquaint themselves with the provisions of the Policy. The Policy is published on the Company’s website



ADDENDUM is committed to reducing its impact on the environment. We will strive to improve our environmental performance over time and to initiate additional projects and activities that will further reduce our impacts on the environment.

Environmental Policy


Our commitment to the environment extends to our customers, our staff, and the community in which we operate. We are committed to:

  • Prevent pollution whenever possible;

  • Train all of our staff on our environmental program and empower them to contribute and participate;

  • Continually improve over time by striving to measure our environmental impacts and by setting goals to reduce these impacts each year.




The quality policy for software development, installation, support and maintenance and IT competency rental services is defined and based on the following management principles:

  • Communicate performance management principles and these provisions to employees and all stakeholders.

  • Review policies, keep them relevant, set new goals and targets for continuous improvement and effectiveness.
